Several days had already passed since the start of the journey to Wiona. There wasn’t any railroad connecting that village with Artanges, or any other place thereof, so the whole party had to travel by foot.

There were two reasons for that; one, the Azualit clan was residing there and the majority of the people in the country of Vierizen held a grudge against them, and two, the village was built upon the deepest parts of the Wiona canyon to get as far away as possible from civilization.

In the depths of a jungle-like place, a girl with sparkling blonde hair tied in a ponytail and a red dress with black tiles on its acre was agonizing to keep her breath and had made a stop in the middle of the forest to take a break from the trip. Sweat was dropping on her reddish cheeks from the sun’s hot rays.

“Are you sure we are heading the right way? All we can see are trees, animals, and the freaking sun above us.”

A girl with ashen hair and a white shirt without cuffs immediately turned to face Rosa with a blank look on her face and reassuringly answered her.

“Affirmative, Rosa. Following Fen river leads directly to the Wiona canyon at some point. I believe it will be easier to…
