The village was said to be in the depths of the canyon, so the party had to climb back down from the height level they were currently in; something that was going to be very difficult to pull off.

So, Zan had the idea to use his spiritual powers to aid their descent. He put his Lapis Lazuli [shade manipulation] in the slot of his right-hand bracelet and created shades from the shadows around him that could lift everybody and put them down by the riverbank.

“That’s convenient for us. I can’t say I have confidence in my climbing abilities.”

“And I believe neither of us has. So, let’s move on to try and reach our destination before the sun comes down. I won’t be of much use then and this place doesn’t seem very safe either.”

Everyone nodded at Zan’s words and started pacing faster towards the big opening the two cliffs had between them, where a mountain could be seen from afar.

After some hours passed, the sky had begun to show a different color from its wonderful pallet, replacing the clear blue one with a scarlet orange.

Rosa was dragging her feet for the last hour or so and moved her body around left and right as she did. Then she raised her…
