“Minimalism. An Appreciation of Space”
A story of a humble and truthful message engraved on a summer t-shirt
Intro
The cool and soothing summer air was smashing my cheeks while sweat droplets started to fall due to the sun's hot rays.
I was going out for a walk with the intent of purchasing a small number of t-shirts to be able to pass the summer in the scorching city of Chania in Crete; there’s a street downtown with several clothing stores in which I usually find what I am looking for.
Entering a certain store I nearly always shop from, I happened to stumble upon a dark-colored shirt with a message engraved on its center as follows:
“Minimalism. An Appreciation of space”
It was a cool shirt; a regular and casual fit that was in my likings. I didn't think much about that phrase till later when I returned home and took a second look.
What seemed at first as just a regular inscribed shirt for my summer holidays turned out to provide me with a deeper understanding of our personal space and its occupation.

I wanted to get closer to the truest meaning of that sentence since it aroused my curiosity.
